Bosworths Butchers has been proudly serving the local community since 20th October 1979, when the business was first established by Roy Bosworth. Built on traditional values, quality produce and exceptional customer service, Bosworths quickly became a trusted name for families seeking the very best from their local butcher.
In 1996, Paul Freemantle joined the business and spent many years working alongside Roy, learning the craft and helping to build the reputation that Bosworths enjoys today. In 2010, Paul proudly took ownership of the business, continuing its traditions while investing in its future.
Today, Bosworths remains a successful family-run butcher's shop with a reputation for quality, craftsmanship and service. Over the years, we have won numerous awards for our homemade sausages, burgers, pies and traditional pork pies, all made on-site by our skilled team using carefully selected ingredients and time-tested recipes.
While many of our original team members have now enjoyed a well-earned retirement, a new generation is carrying the business forward. Paul continues to lead the company, supported by his son Ben, who heads up the team alongside Harrison and Georgia. Together, they share the same passion for quality products and excellent customer service that has been at the heart of Bosworths since day one.
